By registering with our system you agree to the following simple rules and conditions:

1. 1.You must poses a valid FCC License
   

2. 2.You must follow and comply with all FCC Part 97 Rules and Regulations
   

3. 3.You must keep us up to date with your valid email and phone number (for registration and troubleshooting)
   

4. 4.As our systems are open, you must give everyone an opportunity to participate
   

5. 5.In order for everyone to participate, you agree to keep the conversation rooted in english
   

6. 6.Finally you agree that scheduled and/or emergency traffic takes precedence (authorized events are always listed on the “Calendar of events” page)
   

7. 7.You should live or work within the coverage of one of our systems or no where near any other D-Star system.  If your FCC license does not exist within the coverage area, we will encourage you to register with one of the systems that is close to you.  (click here to find a map of all D-Star Systems world wide) (click here for a world wide list of D-Star systems)
   

8. 8.You have NOT registered with ANY OTHER D-Star System (you only need to register once)
   

9. 9.YOU MUST ABSOLUTELY AGREE TO HAVE FUN USING THE SYSTEMS!!!!
